Noah's 2nd Birthday

My sweet Noah turned two today.  I cannot believe it has already been two years since he entered our life.  He has brought more joy and learning experiences to my life in two years than I have probably ever experienced.  He talks my ear off all day long!  Some of his favorite sayings are...
  • "Momma, I will be right back" (with his finger in the air)
  • "Momma, be careful"
  • "Momma, that is gross and yucky" - usually referring to something he found that he doesn't know what it is.
  • I hear at least 10 times a day, "what dat noise?" and "what dat?" - very inquisitive little guy.
  • "Momma, I no like that" and "Momma, I LOVE that"
  • Every animal noise you can think of with hand motions (lion, cat, monkey and snake are his favorite at the moment)
The above are just the few I can remember tonight.  I love watching his brain work and listening to him get more and more vocal.  He went around the house singing "Happy Birthday" to himself all day.  We had a good day today.  He is a little stuffed up because he has bad allergies.  Unfortunately we found out through testing that he is allergic to cats:(  So, our sweet Izzie will be leaving us next week to go live with a sweet lady in Allen.  Hopefully that will help his allergies.  Luckily, he is a fabulous sleeper!  He usually goes to bed at 8 or 830 and wakes up at 830 or 9.  He takes a 2-3 hours nap in the afternoon.  He goes to MDO three times a week and loves Miss Dawn and Miss Marsha, his teachers.  His cousins Sophie and Cooper are in his class and he loves playing with them.  We had a great day at the Dallas World Aquarium (we have been telling him for months that we would take him to the Aquarium to see fish, sharks and alligators and he has been so excited for a long time).  We took him to McDonalds for lunch and he loved it of course:)  We met Gigi and Papa at Jason's Deli for dinner.  Jason's is his favorite "special" place to eat:)

Good Morning to Mr. Two Year Old!

He saw his gifts on the table and was so excited!

Noah is making a bird sound in this picture.  It was pretty funny.

He stood and watched the fish and turtles FOREVER with his hands in his pockets, of course.

We got to watch them feed the sharks.  It was so much fun!

Family Picture:)

He tried blowing out the candle, but was more excited about eating the cake:)
