Been a long time!

It has been a long time since I have updated our blog!  Noah is changing and growing so fast.  He is just over 11 months and I cannot believe he will be 1 in less than a month!  He is all over the place.  He is not walking quite yet, but almost there.

Noah all dressed up for St. Patrick's Day!

First of many pictures he will be taking in the Bluebonnets throughout his life:)  He wasn't so much in the mood to look at the camera.  He would rather play with the flowers.

Noah is learning to walk

Noah is learning to walk and his new favorite thing to do is push his toy and walk behind it.  He is definitely a busy body and loves to go go go.  He is not much for sitting still anymore.  He has just recently decided that taking a bottle during the day is only fun for about half the bottle and then he wants to go play:)  He is so much fun and is learning so many new things.  He loves to wave and when you ask him how big he is he raises his arms in the air.  Some of his favoriate words are "mama", "dada", "dog" and the long sentences which I am sure he understands:)  He loves to laugh and will imitate anyone when they laugh.  He started giving kisses and he puckers his lips and makes a smacking sound with his lips when he gives kisses...it is pretty funny.  He is really enjoy life and keeping his mom and dad real busy.

Noah finally has some teeth

In the midst of dealing with RSV and Croup Noah decided to go ahead and add teething to the list!  So, he officially has two teeth on the bottom.  They are so cute:)  He has been the best sick baby and I think (knock on wood) we are on the road to recovery.  When I took him to the doctor she said he is the happiest sick baby she has seen which was encouraging.  He still has a really bad cough and it breaks my heart to hear it.  I will post some pictures tomorrow of his two new teeth.

Noah is sick:(

My poor baby boy is really sick.  He was acting sweet and playing, but had a cough so I took him to the doctor.  When we got there he had a temperature of 102.8 and after some tests I was told he has RSV and Croup!  You would have never known by the way he was acting that he was sick.  He is such a sweet boy!  I am praying that he gets better soon.  I have my bed set up on the floor of his room and that is where I will be sleeping tonight:)  He gets some crazy coughing attacks and I want to be close for him.

Noah lately - 9 months

Noah has been a busy boy lately!  Below are a few videos of what he has been up to.  He loves to ride on his new toy and it is really cute because he holds his feet up when I push him on it.  He loves to wave at people and his laugh cracks me up.  I am really enjoying watching him grow and develop.  At his 9 month doctor appointment we found out he is in the 23rd percentile for weight and 80th percentile for height.  He is standing up on his own sometimes without any assistance or holding on to anything.  He is finally getting some teeth and his bottom two teeth are coming in together.  I will miss his gummy smile:)

Noah enjoys crawling all over!

Noah loves being tickled.  It makes him laugh so hard!

Noah loves riding around on his toy.

Noah Eating and Waving

Noah decided today would be a good day to start eating solids (not just baby food).  He LOVES puffs and learned how to feed them to himself today.  My favorite part of the video below is when he decides to wave to everyone.  He is such a put on:)

Happy Valentine's Day!

Noah has been a very busy boy lately!  Aunt Liz came in this weekend and watched Noah so that Andy and I could have a date night.  It was so nice to have a day/evening to spend some time together.  Noah is all over the place!  He loves life and his personality is really coming through.  He loves to:
  • Play basketball
  • Crawl everywhere
  • Talk all the time
  • Walk with assistance
  • Hold his hands in the air and say "Yeah"
  • Play with Ruger and kiss him
  • Give big sloppy kisses to everyone!
  • Play in the bath
  • Try and put his shoes on his feet

    Happy Valentine's Day!!
When mom puts something in my mouth that I don't like I just stick my tongue out and look around.
